No. If you do not qualify or receive a recommendation, you will be refunded your money in full!
No, Florida marijuana patients may use and possess their medication in our state only. You can face criminal charges for taking your medication over state lines, even if the other state has its own medical or recreational marijuana laws. This also applies to cruises.
No, Florida law does not currently allow residents to grow their own marijuana plants. Only the licensed dispensing centers are permitted to do so.
Smoking is one of several legal methods of marijuana use in Florida. It’s certainly not your only option, but our doctors are happy to discuss which method may be best for you. Many people prefer the fast-acting effect and control over effects that smoking provides.
Our office provides treatment for patients 18 years of age and older.
Once registered in the Medical Marijuana Use Registry, you can obtain medical cannabis in person at a dispensary. Or, as an alternative, the order may be delivered directly to you in person by a representative of the dispensary for a nominal fee.
It varies. Dr. Yukna can certify you for medical marijuana during your initial evaluation. In most cases, the application process is now linked to the DMV, so approval is typically granted the same day as your appointment. Once approved you can visit a dispensary right away.
*Please note that seasonal residents may experience longer processing times.
